I like cake.

A great tasting cake is the pineapple upside down cake.

Buttery, caramelized edges, irresistibly sweet pineapple topping.

C’mon man!...

Funny thing, when making that cake though…

It doesn’t seem like it will work.

All the good stuff starts out at the bottom. 

It’s upside down.

But, once you bake it and turn it right side up…
